Morakniv Amberg Full Flat S: Outdoor Knife for Kitchen and Nature

The Morakniv Amberg Full Flat S combines the cutting properties of a kitchen knife with the robustness of a versatile outdoor knife. The 10.8 cm long blade with a full-flat grind allows for clean, low-friction cuts and is suitable for food preparation as well as light carving and other outdoor tasks.

Full-Flat Blade made of Swedish 14C28N

The blade is made of stainless Swedish 14C28N steel from Alleima and is 3.2 mm thick. The steel is hardened and cryogenically treated, achieving a hardness of 58 HRC. The full-flat grind with a secondary bevel reduces cutting resistance and ensures precise, clean cuts.

The cutting edge extends over a larger area, allowing more blade surface to rest on the cutting board. This makes the Amberg Full Flat S particularly interesting for outdoor cooking. The polished blade surface is also easy to clean, supporting hygienic use during food preparation.

Grippy Handle for Various Conditions

The ergonomically designed handle has a flatter shape and tapers towards the front. This allows the knife to be controlled with various grip types. Grooves on the spine of the blade additionally support precise handling.

The three-part handle combines a stable PP core with an outer TPE layer. The fine friction pattern was designed for a secure grip in wet, cold, and greasy conditions. A finger guard complements the construction.

Click-On Sheath for Outdoors and On-the-Go

The knife comes with a reversible click-on sheath with a belt attachment. You can also attach the knife to a backpack, bicycle, ATV, boat, or other equipment using the included click-on mount. A lanyard hole on the knife provides another attachment option.

The Amberg Full Flat S is designed for a stable construction, making it suitable for year-round use when camping, bushcrafting, hiking, fishing, and in the outdoor kitchen. Due to the polished spine, the knife is not intended for use with a fire steel.
