Böker BFF Packlite N690

Böker BFF Packlite N690: Ultralight skeleton knife with N690

The Böker BFF Packlite N690 combines Lucas Burnley's minimalist design with a robust all-steel construction. With an overall length of 15.5 cm and a weight of just 31.0 g, this fixed-blade knife is particularly compact and can be flexibly used as an EDC knife, neck knife, or pendant knife.

The 6.5 cm long drop-point blade made of N690 is 2.5 mm thick and hardened to 59 HRC. Böhler's rust-resistant, cobalt-alloyed blade steel offers a balanced combination of edge retention, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance. Chromium, molybdenum, vanadium, and cobalt support a stable and durable cutting edge.

Minimalist all-steel construction

The BFF Packlite relies on an open all-steel or skeleton design, which makes the knife particularly uncomplicated and lightweight. The jimping on the spine of the blade improves control during precise cutting tasks and offers additional grip for the thumb.

Due to its reduced construction, the knife is suitable for both a classic grip and various gripping positions. The clean design language comes from US knifemaker Lucas Burnley, whose designs are geared towards functionality and the most compact construction possible.

Kydex sheath with ball chain

The scope of delivery includes a custom-fit Kydex sheath with a ball chain. This allows the BFF Packlite N690 to be worn, for example, as a neck knife or pendant knife. The combination of low weight, compact design, and flexible carry options makes it an attractive choice for EDC, outdoor activities, and as a backup knife.
