The 6.5 cm long and 2.5 mm thick drop-point blade is made of Nitro-X7 and reaches a hardness of 59 HRC. This nitrogen-alloyed, rust-resistant martensitic knife steel was designed for a balanced combination of corrosion resistance, toughness, wear resistance, and edge retention.
