Here, too, almost every component is produced in-house – from the blade to the final assembly. Only individual components such as blade materials or small purchased parts are sourced externally, while the manual production and final inspection are carried out entirely at the Bernard family's manufactory.

Predominantly N690 steel is used, a proven stainless high-performance steel that is characterized by excellent edge retention, high corrosion resistance, and robust everyday usability. These properties make the fixed blades particularly suitable for demanding applications in hunting, outdoor, and bushcraft.
