The Böker M4 Sherman Damascus Rose Gold combines an extraordinary piece of history with elaborate Solingen knife-making artistry. The design is a tribute to the legendary M4 Sherman, which was deployed on numerous battlefields during the Second World War and, with nearly 50,000 units built, ranks among the most famous armored vehicles of its time.

Its unique history is visible directly in the knife's material: in collaboration with the Americans in Wartime Museum in Virginia, a Damascus blade was created from materials salvaged from restored M4 Sherman tanks. In this way, the M4 Sherman Damascus Rose Gold combines historical substance with modern functionality and an extraordinary aesthetic.

80-layer Damascus from historical Sherman material

The 7.5 cm long and 3.6 mm thick blade is made of 80-layer Damascus in a Customized Ladder pattern. Renowned Damascus smith Chad Nichols crafts the pattern by hand. Its characteristic structure is reminiscent of the tracks left in the ground by the heavy treads of the M4 Sherman.

In this special version, the blade is additionally treated with a rose gold coating. Together with the Damascus pattern, this creates an unusual combination of historical material and elegant coloring.

The ball-bearing blade can be opened either via the flipper or the thumb stud. A sturdy frame lock securely locks the blade, while the Hinderer Lock-Stop protects the lock from overextension.

Carbon fiber handle with rose gold accents

The handle combines lightweight carbon fiber with structural elements made of titanium, thereby picking up on the modern character of this special model. This combination ensures a low weight of only 95.0 g while simultaneously giving the knife a high-quality, technical appearance.

The design concept continues in the other details: the blade axle screw, clip, and screws are all finished with a rose gold coating. The shape of the blade axle screw is reminiscent of the M4 Sherman's distinctive main drive gear.

Limited edition with individual serial number

The M4 Sherman Damascus Rose Gold, limited to 500 pieces worldwide, is handcrafted at the Böker knife manufactory in Solingen. A lanyard hole and a deep-carry clip allow for comfortable tip-up carry. Each piece features an individual serial number and is delivered with a certificate of authenticity and a high-quality floating display frame.
