Blade & Edge

The blade is forged from a single piece of stainless knife steel and hardened to approximately 57 HRC. This gives the knife excellent edge retention, reliable stability, and makes it easy to resharpen when needed.

The hand-deburred spine ensures comfortable handling and makes even longer cutting tasks comfortable. The finely polished edge is designed at an angle of approximately 17–20° and allows for precise, controlled cuts – ideal for delicate kitchen work and exact portioning.

Olive Wood Handle

The ergonomically shaped handle is made from a single piece of olive wood and fits securely and comfortably in the hand. Each grain is a natural unique piece and gives the knife a high-quality, individual look. Thanks to the stably integrated tang, the blade is firmly connected to the handle, ensuring a balanced feel during use.
