Boker Plus Takara Cocobolo

Kansei Matsuno is known for his extremely slim and lightweight designs, in which he combines Japanese stylistic elements with modern construction methods and materials. With the Böker Plus Takara, the custom knife maker now presents a significantly more massive gentleman's folder, which nevertheless features the same elegant design language. The size of the slightly curved knife is the perfect compromise between pocket-friendliness and versatility.

The blade, made of D2 steel, features a fine longitudinal satin finish and, with the filework on the spine, offers a decorative element that also serves as a thumb rest. It is ball-bearing-mounted, opened using the front flipper typical of the Japanese designer's designs, and secured by a sturdy liner lock. The slightly contoured handle scales are made of fine cocobolo wood and sit on sturdy stainless steel liners. The continuous spacer is also made of stainless steel and forms a fine contrast to the dark scales. A black leather lanyard and the three-dimensionally CNC-milled clip complete the equipment. With a high-quality nylon case for storage.
