Here, too, almost every component is manufactured in-house – from the blade to the final assembly. Only individual components such as the blade materials or small purchased parts are sourced externally, while the artisanal manufacturing and final inspection are carried out entirely in the Bernard family's manufactory.

Predominantly, N690 steel is used, a proven stainless high-performance steel characterized by very good edge retention, high corrosion resistance, and robust everyday suitability. These properties make the fixed blades particularly suitable for demanding applications in hunting, outdoor, and bushcraft.
