Here, too, almost every component is produced in their own factory – from the blade to the final assembly. Only individual components such as blade materials or small purchased parts are sourced externally, while the artisanal production and final inspection are carried out entirely in the Bernard family's manufactory.

Predominantly used is N690 steel, a proven stainless high-performance steel characterized by very good edge retention, high corrosion resistance, and robust suitability for everyday use.
