Here too, almost every component is produced in-house – from the blade to the final assembly. Only individual components such as blade materials or small purchased parts are sourced externally, while the artisanal production and final inspection are carried out entirely in the Bernard family's manufactory.

Predominantly N690 steel is used, a proven stainless high-performance steel characterized by excellent edge retention, high corrosion resistance, and robust everyday usability.
