Morakniv Risberg HeavyDuty (C) – Reinforced Outdoor Knife for Demanding Use

The Morakniv Risberg HeavyDuty (C) is the most robust variant of the Risberg series, specially designed for more demanding tasks in outdoor activities, camping, hunting, and craftsmanship. It combines a compact design with reinforced blade thickness for increased resilience and control.

With an overall length of 206.0 mm, a blade length of 91.0 mm, a blade thickness of 3.2 mm, and a weight of 132.0 g, the knife offers a stable yet easily manageable construction for versatile use in nature.

Reinforced Construction for Tougher Jobs

The HeavyDuty version is designed for higher loads and is particularly suitable for tasks such as light wood splitting, powerful carving, and rough cutting work. This makes it significantly more stable than the lighter models in the Risberg series.

At the same time, the knife remains handy enough for precise work, making it a versatile companion for various outdoor situations.

The Risberg HeavyDuty (C) was developed for use in a variety of environments – from camping and hunting to simple work in the garden or in nature. It combines power and precision in a compact format.

This makes it suitable for both rough tasks and fine cutting and carving.

Secure Grip and Controlled Work

The ergonomic handle is made entirely of durable polypropylene (PP) and is designed for longevity and resistance to moisture, dirt, and cold. An integrated finger guard provides additional safety during use.

At the end of the handle, there is an eyelet for attaching paracord, allowing the knife to be additionally secured. The textured shape supports secure handling even under demanding conditions.

Carbon Steel Blade with Increased Stability

The blade is made of German C100S carbon steel from C.D. Wälzholz and is hardened to 57.5 HRC. The 3.2 mm thick blade offers significantly increased stability and is specially designed for tougher outdoor tasks.

The Scandi grind with robust edge geometry ensures good control and easy resharpening. The edge extends deep into the handle, improving power transmission and stability.

Practical Sheath for Flexible Use

The included sheath features a click-lock and can be worn on both the right and left side. Additionally, it can be attached directly to outdoor clothing, allowing quick access during use.
