Casström No. 3 Dangler, Cognac

Casström No. 3 Dangler for flexible knife attachment to your belt

The Casström No. 3 Dangler extends your knife sheath's suspension, allowing the knife to hang lower on your hip. This keeps it easily accessible even when wearing a jacket or a large backpack with a hip belt. The flexible suspension ensures that the knife moves with you while walking, sitting, bending, or climbing, making it less intrusive.

More freedom of movement for outdoor use

Thanks to the extended suspension, the knife sheath sits below the belt and can swing freely. This makes the Dangler particularly practical for bushcraft, hiking, and other outdoor activities. Even when attaching the sheath to your leg, the flexible design offers plenty of freedom of movement.

Solid aluminum D-ring with carabiner function

A special feature of the No. 3 Dangler is its specially designed solid aluminum D-ring. With a material thickness of 8.0 mm, it not only serves as a connection to the knife sheath but can also be used as a carabiner. This allows you to remove the knife sheath from your belt, for example, without opening the belt, and quickly attach it to a backpack.

The D-ring has been tested with a load of over 400.0 kg. This opens up numerous other applications, such as hanging equipment, attaching a tarp or hammock, or other outdoor and camping uses.

Important: The D-ring is not suitable for climbing. In the event of a fall, forces can occur that may exceed the tested load of 400.0 kg.

Robust vegetable-tanned cowhide leather

The belt suspension is made from 3.0 mm thick, vegetable-tanned cowhide leather. The cognac color gives the Dangler a classic look and goes particularly well with leather knife sheaths. The belt loop is designed for belts with a width of up to 5.0 cm.

Suitable for many knife sheaths

The D-ring accommodates knife sheaths with a width of up to 3.4 cm. This allows the Casström No. 3 Dangler to be combined with various suitable knife sheaths, enabling flexible attachment to your belt or other equipment.
