SK09 Wooden Handle Scales – Teak – Knife Team Exclusive

Building on the success of the highly sought-after EDC fixed blade SK09 by Sven Kinast (Messerdepot), we are thrilled to present you with a Messerteam-exclusive version of the SK09 with full wood handle scales, which we have specially made for you in cooperation with our partner – 100% craftsmanship, 100% Made in Northern Germany. Since pictures speak louder than words, let's get straight to the specs. The following wood types are available in our first production run:

• SK09 with Wenge grip shells
• SK09 with teak grip shells
• SK09 with Sipo grip shells
• SK09 with oak grip shells
• SK09 with grip shells made of smoked oak

The wooden grip shells are made to fit the SK09 from the second production run.

Wood is a natural product. All pairs of handle scales are unique and may differ visually from the picture. All knives with wooden handle scales fit both the SK09 leather sheath and the Kydex sheath. Since this is a natural product made of solid wood, handcrafted in Northern Germany, there may be minimal variations in dimensions compared to factory-made handle scales. This may affect the snug fit in the Kydex sheath, which has been optimally adapted to the factory handle scales. While all SK09 knives with wooden handles fit securely in the Kydex sheaths, there may be slight rattling sounds.
