The Microplane Garlic Slicer makes preparing fresh garlic especially easy, clean, and convenient. Thanks to its clever sliding system, peeled garlic cloves can be uniformly sliced or finely minced without needing knife skills. Your hands remain largely odor-free and barely come into contact with the garlic.

Two blades for maximum versatility

Two high-quality Microplane blades are included. One blade is for fine mincing and grating, the other for uniformly slicing garlic. The original, US-made Microplane blades ensure precise and consistent results with every use.

Easy operation without effort

Up to three peeled garlic cloves can be placed into the filling chamber at the same time. Then, the lid is simply moved back and forth. The prepared garlic falls directly into the transparent collection container and can be neatly removed from there. An integrated, removable scraper helps to detach garlic residue from the blade and fully remove it.

Practical, compact and easy to clean

With its compact dimensions of approx. 7.6 x 3.8 x 8.9 cm, the garlic slicer fits into any kitchen drawer. The grating surface measures approx. 7.9 x 2.2 cm. After use, the blades and scraper can be conveniently cleaned in the dishwasher, making the tool quickly ready for use again.
