The blade is forged from a single piece of rust-free knife steel and hardened to 57 HRC. This combination ensures high edge retention, excellent stability, and a long service life. At the same time, the edge can be easily resharpened if necessary.

Each knife is hand-ground and finished with a special polishing process. The result is an exceptionally fine edge with a cutting angle between 17° and 20°, enabling precise and controlled cuts.
