Casström Swedish Strop Paste Fine

Casström Swedish Strop Paste Fine for the Finishing Touch

The Casström Swedish Strop Paste Fine was developed to refine and polish knife blades when stropping on a leather strop. The fine chromium oxide paste removes the smallest imperfections on the cutting edge and ensures a particularly smooth, polished surface.

Fine Chromium Oxide Paste for a Shiny Finish

The green paste is the finest variant of the Casström Swedish Strop Paste and is particularly suitable for the final step in stropping. The fine abrasive particles refine the cutting edge and support a shiny finish.

Casström offers the Swedish Strop Paste in three grits: Coarse with gray aluminum oxide paste for pre-polishing, Medium with white aluminum oxide paste for polishing and removing minor imperfections, and Fine with green chromium oxide paste for the final polish.

Easy to Apply on a Leather Strop

Application is straightforward: Rub a small amount of paste directly onto the leather strop and spread it over the working surface. Then, you can strop the knife blade as usual. If too much paste has been applied, the excess can be carefully removed, for example, with the back of an old knife.

Compact for On the Go

With a diameter of 2.1 cm and a length of 7.0 cm, the strop paste is particularly compact. Weighing approximately 50.0 g, it fits easily in a pocket or backpack. Together with a Casström field strop, you can use it to finely strop and polish your knife's edge even when you're on the go.

Tip: Use this strop paste with the Casström Leather Strop for optimal results.
