Casström Lars Fält Lock Back

Casström Lars Fält Lock Back: Robust Folding Knife for Outdoor and Hunting

The Casström Lars Fält Lock Back was developed in collaboration with Swedish survival expert Lars Fält and is designed for reliable performance in everyday life and in the wilderness. This robust folding knife is suitable for a wide range of tasks, from food preparation and carving to hunting activities. At the Blade Show in Atlanta in 2019, the model was honored with the Collaboration of the Year Award.

Compact Size, Versatile Applications

With a 7.5 cm long blade and an overall length of 18.0 cm when unfolded, the Lars Fält Lock Back offers plenty of performance in a compact format. It is suitable for numerous tasks where you may not necessarily want to carry a fixed-blade knife. At 95.0 g, it remains comfortably manageable and can be easily taken along in everyday life or on tours.

14C28N with Scandinavian Grind

The blade is made of stainless Sandvik/Alleima 14C28N and has undergone cryogenic treatment. The steel achieves a hardness of 59–60 HRC and combines good edge retention with high corrosion resistance. The Scandinavian grind supports controlled carving and facilitates resharpening, as the correct sharpening angle can be easily determined.

With a blade thickness of 2.8 mm, the blade is designed to be stable yet fine enough for precise cutting tasks.

Curly Birch and Sturdy Back Lock

The handle made of oiled curly birch from sustainable forestry gives the folding knife a natural look and feels comfortable in the hand. Black liners and brass rivets complement the classic Scandinavian design.

The locking back-lock mechanism ensures safety and stability. It reliably holds the blade in position when open, making the knife a robust companion for outdoor activities, hunting, and everyday use.

For Everyday Life, Forest, and Wilderness

The Lars Fält Lock Back combines the functionality of a robust outdoor knife with the compact format of a folding knife. Whether for carving, food preparation, or as a handy hunting knife on the go: this model is designed for versatile use and can be transported in a space-saving manner.
