Mora Morakniv Companion Fishing Fillet 090 (S)

Precise Fillet Knife for Anglers

The Morakniv Companion Fishing Fillet 090 (S) is a lightweight and flexible fillet knife for precise fish processing. The 9.0 cm long, only 1.3 mm thick blade made of Swedish 12C27 stainless steel reliably follows the contours of the fish thanks to its flexibility, allowing for clean cuts when gutting, cleaning, and filleting.

Flexible Blade for Clean Cuts

The slim blade is specially designed for fish processing. Its flexible construction facilitates controlled cuts along the fish's body and helps to separate the meat from the fish as cleanly as possible. With a hardness of 56.5 HRC, the 12C27 steel offers a good combination of edge retention, toughness, and easy maintenance.

Suitable for Fresh and Saltwater

The stainless steel makes the knife particularly practical for use in damp environments. Whether directly by the lake, on the boat, or later during food preparation in the kitchen: the Companion Fishing Fillet 090 is designed for use with fish and water.

Secure Grip with Wet Hands

The ergonomically shaped handle made of TPE provides a secure grip even with wet hands. A pronounced finger guard supports controlled guidance of the flexible blade. With an overall length of 20.0 cm and a weight of only 93.0 g, the fillet knife remains pleasantly handy.

Practical Plastic Sheath

A black polypropylene sheath is included. It is designed for right-handed wear and features a belt clip. This allows the knife to be conveniently carried while fishing and safely stored after use.

Swedish Quality from Morakniv

The Morakniv Companion Fishing Fillet 090 (S) is made in Sweden and combines proven Swedish knife tradition with a design tailored for fish processing. The Scandi grind and the 27–29° edge angle support controlled and precise cutting.
