Böker Kombi Waterstone Sharpening Station 1000 / 6000

With its sharpening stations, Böker Manufaktur Solingen offers comprehensively equipped professional solutions for the expert sharpening of all types of steel blades. The heart of the sets are combination water sharpening stones with two grits each. Only the finest, most homogeneous and highest-quality corundum is used for the stones. The usable grinding surface is 200 x 80 mm. The elaborate and well-thought-out sets contain:

• A tub with non-slip rubber feet.
• An intermediate support that allows the stone to be placed horizontally or slightly tilted in the tub, depending on the working preference.
• A 20° angle guide that can be clamped onto the back of a knife.
• A small bottle of elastic silica gel for re-moisturizing the stones with water.
• A sharpening stone

All accessories can be stored in clamping devices that are integrated into the underside of the tray. The sharpening stations are offered in two combinations of water-cooled grinding stones.

The combination of 1000 grit and 6000 grit is the choice for perfectionists and nonconformists in the field of sharpening. With the 1000 grit stone, a closed cutting edge can be quickly rebuilt on moderately worn blades. The 6000 grit side then ensures a cutting edge of the highest fineness in the second step.
