This Slimline Trapper knife is part of the Yellow Synthetic family. The Slimline Trapper is a slimmer version of the Trapper and features only one blade, the clip point blade. The clip point blade is often used as an all-purpose blade and is preferred for detail work. Slimline Trappers are frequently used for skinning and butchering animals. This knife is equipped with high-carbon steel blades, known for their high tensile strength, wear resistance, and toughness. Many prefer this steel for its sharpness and ease of resharpening. Since these are not stainless steel blades, a thin coat of oil after each use can help maintain the original finish. The knife comes conveniently packaged in a box.
