The Ken Onion-designed Work Sharp Angle Set Knife Sharpener is an adjustable knife sharpener that is extremely versatile with three different grits and five different sharpening angles. The rotating rods are equipped with a coarse diamond sharpening surface (grit 400), a fine diamond sharpening surface (grit 800), and a very fine ceramic sharpening surface for fine-tuning. The sharpening angle can be set to 15°, 17.5°, 20°, 22.5°, or 25°. With the additional conical ceramic sharpener, serrated blades can also be quickly sharpened. The Angle Set Knife Sharpener folds compactly for convenient storage.
